Dedicated Teacher Award 2019

Meet the founder

Sir Ahmed Saya

Sir Ahmed Saya has taught O and A Level Mathematics and Accounting in Karachi for over two decades. In 2019 he was shortlisted from around 4,000 nominated teachers worldwide as one of six finalists for Cambridge University Press's Dedicated Teacher Award — and won it with 80% of the public vote.

Why students nominated him

For going far beyond the syllabus — treating character and ethics as part of a teacher's job, not just exam preparation.
